Stainless Steel Hammered Chau Gongs deliver deep rich tones with colorful harmonics and a broad frequency range. Due to the lower mass stainless steel which these instruments are made with, they are much lighter than a traditional cast chao by comparison. This makes them not only easily portable, but also helps them offer incredible depth and control of the lower frequency range for the performer.
