Shipping Policy
We take pride in processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. Most items are shipped within 1 business day of placing your order, ensuring that you receive your instruments promptly.
- Processing Time: Orders placed before 3 PM Eastern Time (EST/EDT) will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day.
- Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard and expedited delivery, to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
- Shipping Locations: At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
- Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress. For any questions regarding shipping, feel free to contact us.
Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less the cost of shipping.
Return Eligibility:
- New Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
- Restocking Fees: If the item is not in its original condition, your return may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.
- Return Shipping: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Pack Your Item: Safely pack your item in its original packaging, and include any documentation or accessories that came with the product.
- Ship the Item: Once you have received your return authorization, ship the item back to the address provided.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund. We’ll cover the return shipping for damaged or defective items.
